21 Days to SMB Nation East!

Saturday, 8 March 2008 12:55 by Beatrice

Topics will cover Virtualization, SBS2008, WHS, EBS, selling managed services, Response Point, Response Point business models and Hands-On-Labs, 70-282 exam cram, Web2.0 and Executive Briefings.

This is the 3rd annual weekend conference that SMB Nation is bringing to the US East Coast. (March 29 & 30th, 2008) Sundays’s keynote will cover Unified Communication Server and there will be a lot of peer-to-peer networking. If you are new to the small- and medium business space, or if you have been at it for ages, this is a great weekend opportunity to make new friends, share stories from the trenches and mingle with your techie counterparts.

On Saturday I’ll deliver the 70-282 exam cram lecture to help folks tackle the exam – if you are sitting on the fence about getting the exam or not, read my blog entry on this topic. If you wanted to become Small Business Specialist Certified I positively recommend it J

If you are looking for a business model for yourself to start your own business or add a business unit to your business, several sessions will give you all the information you need on Microsoft’s cool Response Point system so you can leave on Sunday and start selling and installing Response Point on Monday.

Personally I look forward to this conference, the last two years were a blast, I made lots of friends and I expect nonetheless this year.

For more information on the conference, click over to the SMB Nation web site!

The conference will be held at the Montclair State University Conference Center (One Normal Avenue

Montclair, New Jersey 07043) and is about 14 miles from Manhattan. The University has two on-campus train stations and can be easily reached directly from Penn Station or other NJ train station locations.

 See you there!
